This week (6th July) I would like you to complete the Chemistry topic: Separating a mixture of salt, sand and water using a variety of separation techniques.  

 

You will be familiar with the equipment as you have practised all of these techniques during laboratory practicals at school.  I have included all the resources that you need in the attached PowerPoint.  Have a go.

 

What I would like you to do is work through the PowerPoint that I am sending you and write your answers on paper.  Then please can you send me your work to my email address: gevans3@meritpru-stoke.org.uk.
